ABOUT THIS PROJECT

SEARCH+RESQ collaborated as part of the creative production of the Eames Office × Globe Eucalyptus Skateboard Deck, a limited-edition collection created from a eucalyptus tree that once stood beside the historic Eames House in Pacific Palisades, California.

Working with the natural eucalyptus surface, SEARCH+RESQ laser etched the Eames Dot Pattern, architectural linework of the Eames House, and graphic details onto each deck. Produced in a limited edition of 100, the project gave new life to a meaningful piece of the Eames landscape—bringing together design history, material preservation, craftsmanship, and contemporary making in a collectible object.
