THE MAKING OF HYEBRID
One sheet. Minimal waste. A family of forms.
HYEBRID began with a simple idea: use a single sheet of aluminum to create a series of furniture pieces while maximizing the material. Each piece is laser cut, formed into a seamless three-dimensional object, and hand finished in powder coat or custom chrome plating.
Designed and manufactured in Los Angeles, the collection is made to order in collaboration with a network of independent craftspeople and skilled fabricators.
STOOLS
A sculptural seat reduced to its essential form.
Formed from a single sheet of aluminum, the S+R Stool folds into the signature + —a functional object designed to stand alone or work as part of the HYEBRID family.
STEALTH
Furniture becomes landscape.
Formed from a single sheet of aluminum, STEALTH combines dining table and living landscape into one continuous sculptural form. An integrated planter brings nature into the center of the table, blurring the boundary between furniture, object, and environment.
BENCHMARX
Designed to bring people together.
BENCHMARX extends the HYEBRID language into a lightweight, minimal shared seat. Designed to stand alone or as a companion to STEALTH, its folded form nests beneath the table—creating a relationship of objects within similar objects while maximizing space.
