Created for Judi + Andy’s wedding, this collection began with a nature-inspired visual language and evolved into a series of custom objects designed to become part of the celebration—and remain meaningful long after.

Working with the couple’s succulent artwork, SEARCH+RESQ translated the imagery into intricately laser-cut and etched wedding invitations. Layers of specialty paper transform the illustration into a dimensional composition, giving each invitation the quality of a small object rather than a traditional printed piece.

The same visual language was carried into a custom wooden wall clock designed as an alternative to a traditional guest book. Friends and family were invited to leave handwritten messages directly on the wood, allowing the piece to evolve throughout the celebration.

The couple’s names replace the numbers five and fifteen on the clock face—a quiet reference to their May 15 wedding date. Each time the hands return to 5:15, the object recalls the day it was created to commemorate.

Together, the invitations and clock turn a shared visual idea into objects meant to be experienced, remembered, and kept.
